Notes

The Rat IgA (non-immune), purified (isotype control) is manufactured for Research Use Only or for diagnostics purposes.

Description

Isotype or positive controls by peptides, antibodies and deactivated samples.Complexes, systems, regulators, immune RNAs and non immune controls that can react with a specific antigen epitope.

About

Rats are used to make rat monoclonal anti mouse antibodies. There are less rat- than mouse clones however. Rats genes from rodents of the genus Rattus norvegicus are often studied in vivo as a model of human genes in Sprague-Dawley or Wistar rats.

Properties

Immunoglobulin A (IgA, also referred to as sIgA) is an antibody that plays a critical role in immune function in the mucous membranes. More IgA is produced in mucosal linings than all other types of antibody combined. Examples are EMA, ACA ELISA test kits and for diagnostic detection the IgA of Anti-Beta-2 Glycoprotein 1; β2-Glycoprotein 1 Antibodies; Beta 2GP1 Ab, Beta-2 Glycoprotein 1 Antibodies IgG, IgM, and IgAs.Immunoglobulin Isotype specific antibodies and controls are specific to the immunoglobulin heavy chains and immunoglobulin light chains. Mouse monoclonal antibodies from this clone have all the same affinity to the antigen. Also polyclonal antibodies are Isotype purified amd conjugated or if they are used as control non conjugated.
